No. A group can be formed for 15 visitors or more through a specific booking contract via the group booking service.

At high tide, the crossing takes 5 minutes. At low tide, it takes 15 minutes.

The boat’s departure slipway is indicated on your ticket.

No, you don’t have to. You can show it on your smartphone to the crew.

No, the car park is free.

If you do not arrive in time for the boat’s departure, we currently have no alternatives. Refunds cannot be given.

Yes, picnics are permitted on the island. There are sites laid out specifically for that purpose (tables near Vauban Tower). Picnics are also possible on the beach, as long as you do not leave any litter behind. Please note that there are no bins on the island, so you must take all your rubbish/wrappers away with you.
